Boasting a private pool and access to resort amenities, this spacious home also features convenient access to theme parks and attractions, making it the perfect choice for a family getaway. The home's updated interior is well-appointed with modern amenities and essentials for convenience and comfort. The Kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, cherry wood cabinets, and granite counter tops. An expansive breakfast bar has seating for four while full meals can be enjoyed at the six-seater dining table. Or, enjoy al fresco dining on the furnished patio overlooking the fully-screened pool area with views of the on-site lake. After a long day at the parks, sink into the plush, leather sofa in the living room and unwind with a family movie night on the living room smart TV. A guest bedroom on the main floor has access to a shared, full bathroom.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs. Two guest rooms share access to a full bathroom. The primary bedroom features an en suite bath.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
