On the first floor, a beautiful guest bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, high ceilings, a king bed, and enjoys access to the home’s cozy front porch. A hallway leads to an open living, kitchen, and dining space filled with natural light from tall, skinny windows. White shiplap walls, dark hardwood floors, and a soothing color palette of white, khaki, and blue are a refined backdrop for the open dining and living area. Slipcovered sofas and chairs surround a flat–screen TV and enjoy floor–to–ceiling views of the outdoor living area through a wall of French doors that open to a delightful outdoor entertaining area.
