The granting of the medieval city

You enter directly into the living room with its lounge area, dining room and equipped kitchen. On the first floor, access the bedroom with its double bed and adjoining bathroom + toilet. Go up to the second floor for the bedroom with its 2 single beds on each side of the staircase.

Park your car in the large public car park by crossing the small bridge, less than 100m away.

Key management is handled independently. The residence's concierge service is available by phone or text message if needed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. After 7 p.m., only emergency calls, text messages.

You're ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from the city center along the riverside path. After the stadium, you have two options: turn left to reach the medieval city by climbing the picturesque streets, or turn right to stroll through the magnificent public garden, offering breathtaking views of the royal castle. From there, you can easily access the city center through the Cordeliers Gate.

For hiking enthusiasts, the trail extends from the public garden to the Roy meadows, leading to Beaulieu-lès-Loches, a charming monastic city and center of the arts.

By car, the city center can be reached in 5 minutes.

The surrounding area also offers superb excursions: you're just 30 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo, the Château de Chenonceau, the Château d'Amboise, and the Clos Lucé, home of Leonardo da Vinci. Nearby, discover Chédigny, labeled "Most Beautiful Flowered Village in France," located 15 minutes away, as well as Montrésor, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages in France."

South Touraine is full of treasures to explore, including Brenne, nicknamed the "Land of a Thousand Ponds," a true natural paradise.

Via the A85: 10 minutes from exit 11, D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceaux.
Via the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray-les-Tours exit, follow signs for Loches and Châteauroux.
Loches train station: less than 10 minutes to Tours.
Tours Airport: 40 minutes away.
