Bisher die schlechteste Unterkunft in Kroatien

Check In : Nach Telefonat mit der Vermieterin steckte der Schlüssel von Innen in der Tür. Keine Einweisung wie alles Funktioniert. Mehrere Mängel festgestellt , der Vermieterin per WhatsApp eine Mängelliste geschickt leider ohne Rückantwort. Sateliten/Kabelfernsehen im Prospekt angezeigt aber ohne Funktion. Wohnung für Haustiere und ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. 6 Betten aber keine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit. Alles in Allem nicht weiter zu Empfehlen.

Vacanza a Dramalj

Appartamento con vista spettacolare, la terrazza è il punto forte dell'immobile, da 10 e lode... Confortevoli le camere da letto, bagno ok, angolo cucina buono anche se necessita di un po più di stoviglie... Unica pecca, la mancanza della lavatrice... Nel complesso 7,5 su 10.

Einreise 16 Uhr war angemeldet wir waren dort sonst keiner nach mehrmaligem Anruf der angegebene Nummer ging dann eine Dame dran die meinte sie hätte jetzt keine Zeit zu kommen, die Wohnung wäre offen und Schlüssel würde von innen stecken. Welche Wohnung uns zugeordnet war haben wir erst durch sie erfahren. Sie meinte dann noch wir hätten auch die schönste Wohnung mit dem besten Ausblick bekommen was tatsächlich stimmte wir waren aber auch die einzigen Urlauber im Haus bei sieben Ferienwohnungen. Bedingt durch Corona bin ich dann erstmal rein und habe rein prophylaktisch sämtliche Griff Gegenstände wie Klinken, Tische, Stuhllehnen ,Toilette etc. desinfiziert. Nach der ersten Durchsicht, war dann festzustellen 3 Schlafzimmer das ist korrekt! 1 Wohnküche mit Esstisch und 5 Stühlen als Sitzmöglichkeit und 1 kleiner TV. Eines der Schlafzimmer war mit zwei Einzelbetten in der Dachschräge ausgestattet. In diesem Zimmer gab es zwei große Dachfenster keinen Sonnen - oder Sichtschutz und keine Klimaanlage. Das weitere Schlafzimmer hatte ein größeres Bett 160 x 200 hatte eine Klimaanlage, welche nur warme Luft abgab. Natürlich hatten wir Kühler eingestellt es kam aber nicht kühler. Das Elternschlafzimmer war mit einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage ausgestattet und einem großen Fernseher an der Wand. In der Annonce wurde ausgewiesen TV und Satellitenanschluss was auch stimmt es läuft aber nur kroatisches Fernsehen weder deutsch noch englisch, obwohl eine Satellitenschüssel sich auf dem Dach befindet, wir haben dann nochmals bei der Dame angerufen und habe ihr gesagt dass die Klimaanlage nicht geht und ob es nicht auch deutsches Fernsehprogramm gibt, gerade in der Corona Zeit um sich auch dann mit den Nachrichten auf dem Laufenden zu halten, meinte sie mit einem Lachen wir sollten ans Meer gehen dafür wären wir ja da und es wäre nicht möglich. Was man beachten sollte mein Mann und ich beide 1,80 m gross hatten sehr grosse Probleme mit der Toilette. Die Toilette ist in der hintersten Ecke vom Badezimmer welches sich in einer Dachschräge befindet aufrecht stehen war für uns gar nicht möglich ich würde schätzen dass man um auf Toilette zu gehen und gerade dabei zu stehen nicht größer als 1865 sein dürfte
