This high-quality and modern 3-room apartment is 76 square meters and is located on the ground floor of the 2016 newly built Ahlbeck Suites. The apartment is suitable for 4-6 persons. In the brightly furnished living area you will find a comfortable sofa set with sleeping function (lying area 160 x 200) to relax, a modern coffee table and a dining table and a flat-screen TV with integrated radio. Integrated in the living room kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bright bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large vanity, toilet and a washing machine. For a comfortable warmth on colder days, makes the entire apartment floor heating. Through the living area you reach the west-facing covered terrace. The apartment is allocated a parking space which is located on the property. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle shed also on the property.
