The Westside Rancher is a single story ranch style home beautifully designed for you to experience Asheville like a local. This home is tucked away in the secluded countryside of West Asheville. You will be surrounded by lush landscape, blooming cherry tress, and bustling wildlife. This 3 bed 2 bath home has been remodeled with love and is a perfect home base to explore all that Asheville has to offer.
The space
Whether you are visiting to relax, unwind, explore, or adventure experiencing comfort is key. You can enjoy our newly built outdoor deck while barbequing with a view of the large grass area perfect for a game of corn hole, eating around the table under the shade of an umbrella, and sitting around the fire feature under café lights in the evening with friends, family, and loved ones. Inside you will find well-appointed bedrooms as you sink into our comfortable beds after a long day of exploring Asheville’s beautiful nature, storage space for personal items, USB chargers, ceiling fans, tv’s with complimentary YouTube Tv and Disney + and fast WIFI. Enjoy our newly remodeled bathrooms that have been beautifully tiled and fully stocked with all the amenities needed for your stay. The kitchen is not only beautifully decorated, but fully functional with all you will need to cook a tasty meal and prepare complimentary coffee or tea for you and your guests. The dining room table and kitchen island can accommodate up to 13 guests as you enjoy eating and drinking with friends and family. The living room is comfortably setup to relax and cozy up with blankets and foot rests for all, while taking in a movie or playing a board game. A private grassy backyard is perfect for a water balloon fight or a game of tag.

*Bunk bedroom: Full on Full bunk beds with twin size trundle bed, USB/ outlets for top and bottom bunk, bed lamp for top and bottom bunks, large dresser, kids toys and books, night light, Smart Tv with You Tube TV and Disney +, suite case rack, black out curtains, and comfortable chair.

*Master Bedroom: King Size sleigh bed, stylish bed lamps with dimmers, alarm clock, ceiling fan, Smart Tv with You Tube TV and Disney +, DVD Player, USB ports / outlets on both nightstands, dresser for personal items, suite case rack, black out curtains, and master bath with shower.

*Main Bathroom: Newly renovated bathroom with tiled tub area, double sink with large mirrors, large supply closet with extra towels and toiletries. Complimentary toilet paper, tissue box, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, hair dryer, make up towel, and make up mirror.

* Dining Room: Comfortably seat 8 guest around on table in our cozy dining room featuring a wood burning fire place. A console table contains pamphlets for local attractions, maps for hiking, breweries guides, magazines with local stories and advertisements, adventures such as ziplines and paddle boarding.

*Living room: Comfortable couch with a double chase, leather ottoman, deep leather chairs, poufs for extra comfort, plenty of throw blankets for all, recessed light with dimmers, 2 Laptop Trays for working in bed or on the couch, ceiling fan, 75 inch Smart TV with complimentary You Tube TV and Disney +, DVD player, and cabinet filled with DVD's, Board/card games, and puzzles.

*Self check in with Smart Lock which means you can check in anytime you want after 3pm. Late check in - no problem!
