The interior of this charming duplex boasts a nice living area with comfortable furniture, a well-appointed desk area, and a large TV.

The well-equipped kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare tasty homemade meals and treat your loved ones to a meal they won't forget! Two coffee makers (Keurig and Nespresso) provide coffee enthusiasts with their daily coffee fixes. There is also a small Arcade Classics machine for endless entertainment! The primary bedroom also has a TV and an en suite full bath, while the guest bedroom has a half bath.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Amazing Home in Dallas!

Perfect location right next to downtown and Greenville area. Spotless and charming home right next to a park and countless amenities. Truly great place, would recommend.

Upon first impression, the house was clean, but smelly. Unable to find washer/dryer until after reading reviews - outside in a shed. The refrigerator didn't work and it took 2 days to get it fixed. There was limited supplies in the kitchen for cooking. The stove and oven didn't work the best either. Ceiling fan in master bedroom didn't work. Finally found a box fan in the house 1 night before we left.

Awesome spot

Great home in a great location. One block from playground, great for our 1 year old. Husband loved the table top arcade game and the outdoor private patio. 1 year old loved the kids books, toys, and a wooden tic tac toe puzzle that he spent hours playing with. TV had streaming programming. Close to several restaurants and attractions. Bed was super comfortable. Plenty of room for our family to visit. Safe quiet neighborhood. Linens, blankets, towels, toiletries provided. Ironing board, coffee machines, tea. No washer or dryer, but not an issue for us.

Great customer service

The customer service team is fantastic. The house was a solid 3 stars though. For every positive thing about this house, there was a negative. The AC was terrible. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The game provided were great. The main bedroom ceiling fan was broken, but the location is great. Overall, not likely to stay here again in the summer months.

Great Location, Great Neighborhood but, pungent smell and so many misses.

Loved this location and the house is cute inside but, the fees that were tacked on by Vaca were excessive, it was not well appointed, no salt and pepper, no coffee maker, no K cups, non-working master ceiling fan, very dirty kitchen floor, broken and hard to use stove burners, the smell of the house is a pungent damp, dirty animal smell even after spraying a bottle of air freshener spray. We ended up leaving after the sewage backed up in the bathtub. Property manager was very nice, responsive and apologetic.
