The quaint Heutal-house in the town of Unken is romantically at the entrance to Heutal in Salzburg and in 1892 as a residence for the neighboring farm built. The past 30 years was used the house as a holiday home of a noble family and then went through various hands ...
The owners have the house further expanded step by step. Since 2015, there will occasionally rented. It offers spectacular views of the opposite mountain peaks of three brothers belonging to the plateau Reiteralpe.

Natur und Entschleunigung pur

Wir waren zu dritt mit kleinem Chihuahua. Schon die Auffahrt zum Gebäude war eine Herausforderung. Sehr steil (ca.30%) und dann noch zwei enge Kurven am Hang auf einer Länge von ca. 60 Metern. Im Winter müsste diese Auffahrt jeden Tag enteist werden. Der Ausblick vom Objekt war wirklich grandios und die Ruhe einfach herrlich. Im Tal das Dorf mit allem was man benötigt und ein paar Autominuten weiter noch mehr Restaurants. Das Objekt selbst ich sauber und ordentlich. Es ist jedoch voll mit persönlichen Sachen des Besitzers. Es hat alles was man wohl auch zu Hause hat. Der Aufgang vom Carport zum Haus (durch eine Natur-Stufentreppe ca. 6 Meter Höhenunterschied) verlangt einem einiges ab. Die Aufteilung der Räume sind leider nicht optimal. Die Küche im Erdgeschoß mit all den Wirtschaftsräumen sind funktional, jedoch das Bad im Erdgeschoß hätte man gern im ersten Obergeschoß gehabt, wo sich auch die ganzen Schlafräume befinden, die man nur durch eine sehr steile und enge Treppe erreicht. Dort ist leider nur das Gäste-WC mit Waschbecken in einem zu kleinen Raum. Im Wohnbereich mit großzügigem LED-Fernseher und gemütlichen Couchen kann man sehr gut den Tag ausklingen lassen. Genau wie auch der großzügige Wintergarten mit Ausblick aufs umliegende Grundstück. Das Außengelände hätte man doch gern etwas besser vorbereiten können, Büsche und Sträucher zurückschneiden, Rasen mähen, usw. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub mit Familie und Hund. Tolles Ferienhaus, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, tolle Umgebung und supertolle Ausflugsziele. Gerne machen wir nochmal dort Urlaub.

Traumquartier

Es lief von Anfang an alles bestens. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und es gab immer schnelle Antworten. Auch das Skigebiet für uns als Langläufer war ideal. Die Leute im Tal, das Dorf und die Berge haben uns gut geerdet! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Idyllisch, aber gut erreichbar

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch oberhalb von Unken. Man ist schnell im Skigebiet von Lofer oder Waidring. Das Haus entspricht genau dem Inserat. Es ist sehr gemütlich und gibt für 5 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Herr Baur war immer bestens zu erreichen und super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist absolut unkompliziert. Wir durften am Anreisetag bereits am Vormittag ins Haus, das war für uns ganz besonders klasse! Einzig das Internet ist im Haus nicht besonders zuverlässig, was aber kein Problem war, selbst für unsere 3 Teenager nicht. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
