Come play and relax in Denver with a private room in a brand-new luxury townhouse in the Rino neighborhood, just steps away from world-class dining, galleries, and shopping! We bought our home this year and wish to share it with travelers who want to explore our city and/or use it as a basecamp for access to hiking, skiing, or any other outdoor activities. The crowning jewel is our private roof, complete with unobstructed views of downtown Denver, and a panoramic view of the Rocky Mountains.

Please note we have two dogs who live with us who are friendly and crate-trained. If you’re allergic, we do not recommend you stay here.

Great location and friendly host

Didn’t realize we just were in a single room to ourselves but the host are so friendly and so we’re there dogs. Think we stayed a day to long but everything was either walking distance or a $10 Uber which was great!

Perfect location!!

We were looking for property within walking distance to Coors Field and this property did not disappoint!! It was comfortable with a modern flair and hassle free. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and Coors Field. Hope to stay again if in the area!!

Great spot - Walkable to all River North

Had a wonderful clean stay. Check in was easy with a separate door right by the bedroom. Property was in walking distance to all bars and restaurants in the River North district. Property is a short Uber or scooter ride away to the Coors Field or Empower field. Shared kitchen space with the hosts and they were nothing but friendly; even made us coffee in the morning and invited us to hang out with their friends. The hosts also had wonderful suggestions on what to do in the area - near and far! If you are leaving your own pet behind to go on vacation, the hosts two dogs made up for the missed cuddles and love. If I go back to Denver, I will stay here again!

Private oasis in cute condo

Lovely private room and bathroom with access to house amenities like kitchen and rooftop view. Hosts were available to help with any questions I had. Neighborhood with fun restaurants, walking (25 min) or scootering (10 min) of Colorado Convention Center Downtown. Would definitely stay again - maybe for a Rockies game!

Your host

I have lived and worked in Colorado for 8 years. I'm biased, but it's the best state :) Getting outside, exploring restaurants, and trail running are our favorite hobbies. My husband and I love to travel, ideally with our two pups Sundae and Biney.

Why they chose this property

Our home is a new-build townhouse that lives like a single-family home. There is great south-facing exposure that lets in the beautiful Colorado sunlight. Your room has original art, a very comfy sofa bed, and an en-suite full bathroom. The second level includes a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, which you are welcome to share with us. Feel free to relax in front of the slate-wrapped gas fireplace while listening to music. If you prefer relaxing outside, the rooftop deck is your place to relax and take in the expansive views with glass of wine after spending a day on the slopes or the trails.

What makes this property unique

Because we have two dogs, we do not allow pets to stay with us, and we also do not recommend staying if you have allergies to dogs. Due to the nature of the stairs, it is difficult to access the kitchen area if you are injured/unable to climb two flights of stairs. Our home is not suitable for children.
