2 Pools – one is designated for Family while the other is for Adults only 19yo+
Parking – we have free private covered parking. Limit 2 vehicles and if you bring boat there is parking for that too!

Lani Kai is a low density walk-up building, 2 levels of stairs. (no elevator) across the street from the beach.

No pets allowed for guests (per our HOA not us)

So, come and sink your toes in the sand and enjoy the beautiful white sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax read a book, fish from the shore, build sand castles, swim, or take a stroll we are less than 1 mile from town that has several restaurants, shopping and entertainment to choose from.

If calmer waters is what you’re lookin for, Little Lagoon is a 10-mile-long saltwater lagoon that is little more than a ½-mile wide and is separated from the Gulf of Mexico by a ½-mile stretch of sand dunes and West Beach Boulevard. You can even launch your boat at Mo’s Landing Park just 3miles away.

Quaint, clean, and conveniently located

We spent the week in Gulf Shores for our daughter's softball nationals tournament. This was our first time in Gulf Shores. Lani Kai had several rentals available which allowed most of the team to be in the same complex. This unit was by far the nicest. Located on the 2nd floor (top level), it has vaulted ceilings, and as an end unit, it has more windows. You can tell a lot of care was put into furnishings and decor. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/cookware/utensils/appliances. The oven/fridge/washer/dryer were all newer. Having two bathrooms was great. There is seating on the front balcony where you can see a bit of the ocean and on the back balcony where you can catch the sunset over a pond. It was very quiet there and the grounds were well kept. There are two pools, one for adults only and one for kids/adults. The condo is across the street from a nice white sand beach. Within a very short walk (2-5 min), there is a convenience store and also a pizza/ice cream place. There are several great places within a one mile walking distance, (i.e. The Hangout). I reached out to the owner upon arrival with a question and she got back to me right away.

We fell in love with Gulf Shores on our first visit and knew that this was going to be the place that one day we would call home.
