Welcome, Big Arb Pines sits on a 1.2 acre lot less than 60' feet from 165' of sandy shoreline frontage of beautiful Big Arbor Vitae Lake. The ranch style log cabin home is nestled in mature pine trees giving the feeling of true seclusion in the North Woods. A large grassy yard provides ample space for the kids to play, while picture windows line almost the entire back of this home and a beautiful brick patio allows you to enjoy the lake while grilling on your new gas grill in comfort! Follow along the stunningly landscaped and walkway down to the lake and you will find another built in brick patio with fire pit, buy your own wood at all the local grocery stores on your way into town. There are 4-log style Adirondack furniture, chairs and tables, only steps from the lake shore. A perfect place to end the evening with a family campfire as the kids pull in the last few fish from the dock or swim. Our dock is large enough to hold up to three boats, so be sure to bring the pontoon, water ski boat and fishing boat, all welcome on this lake with 2 restaurants to boat or drive too. Boat rentals available in the area from local establishments. All ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails are accessible right from the driveway. Boats may be rented from Minocqua Sports Rental, located on 9570 Hwy. 70, Minocqua or Pontoon Cruises, located at 8579 Hwy. 51, Minocqua (715) 892-7777.

Big Arb Pines is ideal for large groups or multiple families with two finished and comfortably furnished levels. The main level boasts a great room that brings together a gas fireplace, kitchen with island seating, and dining room that seats 10 comfortably and an entire wall of windows facing the lake. An additional family sunroom with couch on the main level & separate exit door to the backyard with a 40” smart tv, game table located off the dining room with an entire wall of more windows & fabric blinds for napping and more breathtaking views of the pine tree framed lake. Three bedrooms on the main level with two full bathrooms. Basement is finished and holds a wonderful family room with a large reclining leather sectional with a 65” smart tv. There are additional sleeping spaces available in the basement and a full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tile shower.

For your protection and the properties protection there are two Security Cameras located at the front & back of the house outside.

Other Amenities include:
-There are 4 - 10’ Kayaks with 3” sit on top seats. There are 4- orange life jackets for your use with the kayaks but consider bringing your own life jackets if L and XL size is needed.
-Outside Gas Grill with extra gas tanks located in the garage
- Air Conditioning- mini splits with remote available thru out each room.
- Master bedroom with queen sized bed with views of the lake & 2 large windows with black out wood blinds! Also, a 40” smart tv with remote, large walk-in closet with ample hangers, two dressers, and full master bath with tub/shower combination. Separate make up area with sink. Stay cool with mini splits for air conditioning with remote device in each bedroom!
- Second bedroom with queen sized bed with a 42” smart tv. Large dresser and closet with hangers. Mini- Split with remote control for air conditioning thru out the home.
- Third bedroom with two new solid bunk beds on the main floor. Four twin beds altogether. Dresser and large closet with hangers. No T. V. in this bedroom. Mini-Split with remote for air. Nice window with black out wood blind!
- Full bath with tile walk-in shower on main level for the 2 other main bedrooms to use.
- All bed linens are new high quality Eddie Bauer bedding
- Plenty of fluffy new bath towels, hand towels and washcloths for 10 guests. New Lake towels
- Spectrum TV service on all smart televisions accessed through the Roku
- High speed 300 MB Internet accessible through entire home
- Cabinet with many family games and puzzles and a selection of books
- Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances; gas stove, side by side refrigerator with water/ice door dispenser, dishwasher, and microwave. Service for 10 along with plastic service ware for little guests.
- Blender, toaster, hand mixer, toaster oven, large crockpot, cookie sheets, drip coffee maker/with filters and coffee grinder and Keurig coffee maker as well.
- Full sized washer and dryer in first floor laundry room, vacuum, iron, and ironing board located in hall closet.
- A starting supply of facial tissue, bath tissue, and paper towel. Full supply of kitchen and bathroom trash liners, dishwasher tablets, new sponge, and hand soap during your stay.
- Attached heated, two car garage, no remote, but can open from inside the garage.

We offer 4-night minimum stays from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

7-night minimum night stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Saturday-Saturday weekly rentals!
