Set amongst acres of rolling hills and oak groves on Jalama Road. Step back into time and enjoy the expansive views and relaxing nature of the ranch. Swim in the pond, shoot your best shot from one of the 5 tee boxes, hike the many trails, relax on the deck in the spa with a glass of wine. 15 minutes from Jalama beach. 30 minutes from Santa Ynez wine country and 15 minutes from up and coming Lompoc.

This is a new listing. Our family fell in love with this magical piece of property when we bought it in 2020. We lived here full time through Covid. Now that we are back to real life we are not there as much as we would like to be. If we can’t be there, we want to share it so others can experience this dream of a place. We invite you to come make memories just as we have.

Our family bought this ranch during Covid and spent most of time here. My husband and I came to look at it before buying it and fell in love the second we pulled onto the drive. It is a very special place. We took time in making this place our home and look forward to sharing it with you. ***This is a new listening and we are working on professional photos and video. Why they chose this property

There is something magical about this place. An incredible sense of relaxation comes over you the second you arrive. Everyone sleeps well here. Long summer days are spent hanging by the pond listening to music and barbecuing. Chilly fall and winter nights are spent curled up in front of the fireplace reading or chatting. Morning hikes, no matter the time of year, are gorgeous as you climb through the oak groves and make it to the top of the hills. Enjoy amazing views and maybe, luckily, catch a rocket launch. Take the short trip (17 minutes) to Jalama beach to surf, or walk the long coastline and enjoy a famous Jalama burger for lunch.
