In winter, skiers, tourers, cross-country skiers and snowshoe hikers get their money's worth. Many ski areas and trails are in the immediate vicinity.
Summer offers hikers, bikers and outdoor enthusiasts almost unlimited possibilities. The Kaiser Mountains and the Gießenbach Gorge with its beautiful alpine pastures offer numerous hiking opportunities.
Canyoning, rafting, cave hikes, water ski lifts and llama trekking make adventure hearts beat faster. Numerous bathing lakes in and around Kiefersfelden invite you to swim and relax.

The wooden house in low-energy construction has underfloor heating and impresses with its warm and very pleasant indoor climate. You can play or laze around in the garden with an old apple tree and meadow.
