Beautiful 5th floor beachfront in Perdido Key, Fl. Fantastic location walking distance to several eateries, stores and the Famous Flora Bama bar and grill. 1st come boat slips and access to Old River. Enjoy amazing views from the huge balcony overlooking the Gulf and the pristine sugar sand beach. Fully stocked kitchen including a separate ice maker. The property includes 2 pools, newly refinished tennis and pickle ball courts and 2 grilling areas. Bring your fishing poles to enjoy the fishing pier on the Old River. Both bedrooms have king size beds and connecting bathrooms. And a sleeper sofa in the den. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Access to a sauna, work out area and hot tub.

Perfection!

Loved everything about this unit. Quiet beach even though it was spring break. Clean unit. Comfy beds. Stocked kitchen. Awesome communication. Sweet owner. Office staff was helpful. Just perfect.
