Enjoy peace and quiet in the national forest at this 1 acre retreat-like property surrounded by trees. Spacious 1600 square foot home with an outdoor hot tub, new memory foam beds, new linens, smart TVs, central AC and heating, smart washer and dryer, this is the perfect place to unwind after a day of biking, climbing or skiing. Family amenities like swings, a hammock, and a zipline make this a comfortable destination for your Bend or Sunriver excursions, which are only 15 minutes north/south. Wash your gear on the bike wash pad, and enjoy outdoor dining with the grill on the private patio. Plenty of parking room for an RV. Far from the railroad tracks and away from light pollution, sleep sound at this forested escape.

**Pro Tip- drive south from our house and access Mount Bachelor faster through Sunriver, avoiding miles of traffic in the Bend corridor.

**Summer Plus*** This house has Central AC, unlike most homes in Bend. Across the river from Seventh Mountain Resort, enjoy the higher altitude.

Rest easy knowing things are above and beyond clean. Not only are the linens kept new, our comforters and quilts are washed for every guest. We use disinfectant on all of our surfaces, and keep the air filter in the house clean.

Great golf!

We chose Bend for an autumn getaway to do some golfing and fishing before winter hits in Canada. This home was a great choice! Everything we needed for our 10 day stay was there. We were minutes from Old Back Nine Golf (super nice course and very affordable). We fished the Deschutes River and caught trout - the people who hiked by while we fished were all super nice and a lot of them stopped to chat and share life stories. The home feels like it is in the forest, but shopping and necessities are very close by. If you travel here and have a few hours to spare, take the drive to Salt Creek Falls…it is fantastic! Can’t say enough good things about the home and the area

Bend Trip

Very comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. We loved using the house as a base of operations to go to a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater, explore Bend brew-pubs, and hike Tumalo Falls. The property is very close to Bend; yet, also provides wonderful views of the night sky while relaxing in the hot tub away from the city lights.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time. We loved the huge property and all the amenities. Hot tub and zip line for the kids were a big hit. Definitely recommend staying here!

A Great Adventure Station!

We couldn't ask for anything more. The place was well appointed with everything you would need, it was nicely decorated and with amazing bedding that I asked where to purchase! It was spotless and close to both Bend and Sunriver so is a great place to enjoy both areas. We would definitely stay again!
