TWO SAME apartments up to 4 people, approx. 45 sqm, best location in Norddeich, Deichstr. 13, directly on the sea / beach with a large, sheltered terrace facing south-west. Spacious, quiet area with a large, parking space directly in front of it, marked per apartment. Neighboring access road without through traffic directly on the dike with beach and sea. Close to wave pool, spa center with spa park, harbor, spa doctor, children's play house. Shops nearby, "Ocean Wave" adventure pool (sea water wave / indoor pool / sauna / solarium, etc.) with wave park, mudflat walks, seal breeding station, dragon meadow and trampoline on the beach.

Insgesamt zufriedenstellende Ferienwohnung, mit kleinen Mängeln.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserer Wohnung zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber, ausreichend Ausgestattet und auch für 4 Personen geeignet. Was wir nicht so gut fanden das die Wohnung bei Bezug sehr muffelig roch. Hier schien vorher nicht gut gelüftet worden sein. Sehr nachteilig fanden wir den völlig unzureichenden Mobilfunk Empfang. Über Tag war fast kein Netz zu erreichen, in den späten Abend- und frühen Morgenstunden war er einigermaßen ausreichend. W-LAN gab es gar nicht. Dies ist in der heutigen Zeit, unserer Meinung nach, überhaupt nicht mehr möglich dies nicht anzubieten. Somit war die Wohnung leider nicht besser durch uns zu bewerten. Würde diese Mängel noch behoben wären wir mit der Wohnung hundertprozentig zufrieden gewesen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung von Frau Schober ist sehr zu empfehlen. Frau Schober selbst ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin, die stets bei Fragen behilflich ist. Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Deich, ist freundlich ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Bäckerei und Co sind in wenigen Metern beziehungsweisen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
