Paradise View - Pool & Hot Tub Access through Ideal Beach!

This beautifully constructed brand new 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home in the Sweetwater subdivision of Bear Lake will be the perfect gathering place for your family getaways!

VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS! If you want Bear Lake views, this house is it. The most perfect Bear Lake home with some of the best panoramic views of the lake and mountains in the area. Both upstairs and downstairs common areas have beautiful views of the lake from the large windows. The large open floor plan is great for entertaining groups and hosting family meals. Plenty of extra room for entertaining and BBQing on the large deck, too, or just sit out and enjoy the serenity of the area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to take care of your group (and if you notice something that isn't there that you would like to have, let us know and we can probably bring it to you). The main floor features a large master bedroom with large ensuite with bathtub, shower, and walk in closet. The second main floor bedroom faces south and has twin over full sized bunkbed. A full bath is available off this bedroom. In the basement there is a more kid friendly common area with a large flat screen TV, games, a game table, and a pull out couch. The three downstairs bedrooms have a total of 9 beds (please see bed configuration below). The washer and Dryer are also found in the basement. There are miles of trails surrounding this home, perfect for hiking, 4-wheelers, side-by-sides, ATVs, snowshoes, or snow mobiles! You'll have so much to do that you'll want to extend your stay by an extra day or two in order to be able to get it all in!

In addition to all of the beautiful things about the home itself, one of the best features included in this rental is free access to Ideal Beach. Ideal Beach is just a short drive away and has not only has one of the best beaches on the lake, but also amazing amenities like heated pools, hot tubs, dry saunas, water slides, mini golf (for a small fee), open green spaces, picnic tables, playgrounds, and tennis/pickleball/volleyball/basketball courts. **Please note, amenities are not located at the home. It is necessary to drive to Ideal Beach, 1.7 miles from home. The pool/hot tub are located at Ideal Beach, not the home**

Perfect location for Bear Lake Family Reunion

This house is beautiful and roomy. Newly built and very clean. Plenty of room for our 4 daughters and their families and a family friend (16 total). There were beds we didn’t use (could have slept more). Large great room/kitchen with large counter tops and lots of seating. Beautiful view of the lake from with deck (which also has seating and a bbq). Plenty of parking for 5 trucks/suvs and 3 trailers. Close to off-roading trails, 10 min to downtown and raspberry shakes, and about 30 min to Bear Lake’s North beach. We didn’t use the Ideal Beach pass, but looked like there are fun things to do there. We would have if we’d had another day. Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful location and and communication

Our group of 5 kids, 2 adults and 2 grandparents all agreed that we loved our stay and would definitely book again. Matt was wonderful to work with and and communication was quick and easy. The property is well-stocked, modern, clean, and was plenty of room for all of us. We loved watching the sunrises and sunsets from the deck that had a great view of the lake and valley. The kitchen and pantry had many different appliances and we appreciated the kids tableware. Tons of seating in the kitchen and deck. It was so peaceful to hear the birds in the morning and we couldn't hear other vehicles or jet skis on the lake, which often happens when you are right on the lake. Our kids loved the downstairs playroom and all the games. The access to Ideal Beach was easy and quick and it was quick getting into town as well. We loved having access to the amenities at Ideal Beach and being able to retreat to the house to relax after boating. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
