As soon as you enter the home you will start to relax in the large open family room with vaulted ceilings opens to the kitchen. The tasteful decor offers comfortable and quality furnishings. The home has 3 full bedrooms and a 4th bedroom that has a sofa sleeper and a desk if you prefer to use this as den/office. Walk out to a very spacious lanai with outdoor furniture including a barbecue grill and view of course the pool and spa overlooking the 6th green of the Egret course. Street ready golf cart with seating for 4 people available for your use to get around the community.

Beautiful home in a wonderful community!

We had a fantastic season in this beautiful home. Big lanai with lovely pool overlooking wide open views of the golf course. Lots of space in the house with very comfortable living room furniture. Homeowners are very nice and were super responsive if we had to reach out with a question. Palmira is a beautiful community with a great lap pool, resort pool and restaurant. Very welcoming pickleball and tennis community!
