The sofa converts to a bed for additional sleeping space. In the den, kick back and watch a movie on the 52” Smart TV with Chromecast. Here you’ll find seating for four, a desk, an office chair, and backyard access.

The well-equipped kitchen has all the gadgets you’ll need to prepare meals. Stainless steel appliances, a five-burner range, expansive marble counters, and a large basin sink make cooking a breeze. When it’s time to eat, gather around the eight-person dinner table. Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom with a brand-new king bed, 44” flat-screen TV with Roku capabilities, large windows with backyard views, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. The second bedroom provides a full-size bed, lots of windows, and a desk. The nearby guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Unwind in the spacious backyard, complete with new furniture. Have coffee at the table for two, or dine alfresco at the dinner table with seating for six. Sizzle burgers or steaks on the two available grills and have an afternoon cookout. In the evening, enjoy the sound of wind chimes while gathered around the fire pit. Drive 10 minutes to Lady Bird Lake and rent a paddle board, kayak, or bicycle for a new perspective of the city. Situated right off Lady Bird Lake is Zilker Park, considered Austin's most-loved park. Try out the disc golf course or take a dip in the natural waters of Barton Springs.

When dining out, visit local favorite Odd Duck, an upscale eatery serving locally sourced New American food and happy hour drinks. Don’t forget to check out Moonshine Grill, a downtown favorite for contemporary comfort food and cocktails. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
