Schöne Ferienwohnung sogar mit Garage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat sogar eine Garage dabei. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Der "Hänger" der Heizung wurde kurzfristig behoben. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Ganz okay für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Objekt ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. In die Garage passt mit viel Augenmaß ein 5m Auto gerade so hinein. Die Lage ist anders als wir es verstanden haben. Es fährt permanent eine Bahn direkt hinter dem Haus, welche man aus allen Räumen hört. Dazu ist die Straße mit Lieferverkehr auch in den frühen Morgenstunden (vor 7 Uhr) befahren. Schade war ein Wasserschaden im Keller, wo die Fahrräder eingestellt werden sollten. Die extrem feuchte Luft ist Garant für Rost. Das Badezimmer ist schön ausgestattet, allerdings ist es unverständlich wie dort offener Holzboden verlegt wurde, auf welchen es aus der Dusche tropft. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war per Mail und auf Rückfragen wie schnell geantwortet. Die Betten haben uns leider gar nicht zugesagt, viel zu hart und durchgelegen, so dass Rückenschmerzen die Folge waren. Der private Strandbereich hat nicht unsere Erwartung erfüllt. Insgesamt eine akzeptable Immobilie mit genannten Einschränkungen.
