Welcome to Caśa Chase - the cute blue duplex with style and comfort! We are located just south of downtown Fort Worth and only 5 minutes from Magnolia Avenue with awesome coffee shops, restaurants, & retail.

Experience the hype of the Stockyards in Fort Worth as we are only 15 minutes from the best Texas bars Fort Worth has to offer!

Updated older home

This house worked out great for our group of four friends. It’s three bedroom plus a daybed in the living room, so we all had our own space. It was clean and comfortable with updated appliances. It’s a duplex and we did have a little noise from the neighbors but not too bad. Older neighborhood that is pretty quiet. The checkin process was a it tricky. Apparently the checkin instructions were supposed to be automatically sent to me the day of the reservation, but that didn’t happen. The host responded quickly to my texts to resolve, though.

Not as expected

Let’s start off with the neighborhood. The listing says “safe” but there were 2 drive by shootings literally 2 houses down on the night we checked in. (Of course we notified the cops) When we arrived we found that the curtain in the living room was broken. There was a small trash can with water in it sitting in the kitchen sink. The internet didn’t work and TV menus were in Spanish. The couch in the living room isn’t a couch or a futon, it’s a broken trundle bed. Not real comfortable to use as living room seating. The bottom mattress on the bunk bed is a blow-up air mattress. The hot water in the shower did not last long at all. There were no instructions for check out. Communication with property manager was disappointing.
