About this property

Well furnished, spacious and interesting cottage in Ristinge. In the garage/activity room is a small sauna house and table field hockey. In the bathroom on the 1st floor there is a whirlpool. The house is equipped with many amenities. A short distance away is one of Langeland's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches. The village of Ristinge is a pleasant little place with a particularly charming harbor where you can buy fresh fish. If you want to spend active vacations, climb the 30 m high cliff Ristinge Klint, an impressive cliff that stretches for almost 2 km. The cliff itself is a protected area, but there are several paths leading to the top, from where you have a great view over the islands of South Funen. Also visit Langeland's capital Rudkøbing, where there are good shopping opportunities. Rudkøbing is known for its old houses and streets with cobblestones.

Tolles Haus mit Schwächen

Es handelt sich grundsätzlich um ein sehr gutes Haus, das vielleicht etwas unpersönlich wirkt und Bedienungsanleitungen fehlen. Leider war es bei unserem Einzug eines der dreckigsten, die wir bezogen hatten (ich fahre seit ca 34 Jahren in Ferienhäuser). Dies betraf WC, Küche und Fenster. Letztere waren u.a. im unteren Bereich insbesondere von Kinderhänden begriffelt worden. Ob dabei auch die Vertikallamellen beschädigt wurden, können wir nicht beurteilen. Ärgerlich war, dass die Seiten- und Sonderfächer des Kühlschranks sämtlich gebrochen und damit nicht zu nutzen waren. Der Strand ist badetauglich, allerdings noch im September wurden wir von Mücken gejagt. Autan, Stövchen, Saft-/Weinkaraffe nicht vergessen! An einigen Tage wurde in der Nähe Gülle ausgebracht und leider war der Rasen nicht gemäht (allerdings hatten wir auch von einem auf den anderen Tag gebucht). Trotzdem zu empfehlen. Wenn die Nutzer pfleglicher mit dem Haus umgingen, wär’s toll.
