Villa Azul - 'Blue House'. This completely remodeled gem aims to please with lovely beachside decor and beach access only a few minutes away! When entering the property, you will immediately notice tons of natural lighting and a tasteful design.

The 2nd level houses the main living space with two plush couches, one of them being a sleeper. The 2nd level is also home to the kitchen which boasts an open design. The kitchen is sparkling with all new stainless-steel appliances, and anything you may need for cooking meals for family and friends.

This 2nd level is where you will find two bedrooms. The first, a King Master Suite with an en-suite full bath. The other, a snug and cute 'cabin room' sporting two twin beds. Step outside to the lanai off the main living area and breathe in the ocean air as you sip on your favorite drinks and plan your perfect day!

Mosey down the stairs to the 1st level, which provides yet another King Master Suite with an en-suite full bath. The first level also provides the comforts of home with a high-end wash/dryer, roomy lanai, and a garage.

Problems thar weren't resolved

It was a nice home and very clean. Two issues were mold in ice maker that notnhing was done, and a/c was un controlled even after the mechanics tried to repair it. Temps were 67.

Daytona 500 week 2024

Perfect location, easy to I95, Publix grocery within 1 mile, short walk to the beach, very well stocked house. We had several maintenance issues which were promptly accessed and corrected by rental staff, both admin and repair personnel. Will definitely rent from the Cinnamon Beach Property Management group again.

Family Holiday Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house in a great location. Enjoyed the Holiday weekend at the house and so close to the beach (easy walk).
