We are extremely pleased to introduce C’Scape on the Beach. C’Scape is one of St. Maarten’s latest addition to its inventory of luxury accommodation. The property is located in Simpson Bay, smack in the middle of the Simpson Bay Beach one of the island’s top beaches. Stretching 2.8 miles/4.5 kilometers along the Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM).
C’Scape on the Beach is a contemporary building designed by Studio Acht Architects. The building featured large bedrooms, bathrooms with rain showers, and large porches in an effort to encourage indoor, outdoor living, with large sliding doors and windows allowing its guests to experience the unique surroundings.

Amazing Property

Clarence and May, Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay. Upon arrival May greeted us with a very warm welcome and gave a complete overview of the property and our condo. The property is stunning. Even better than advertised. It’s amenities are second to none. The views are spectacular. The unit is immaculate, Modern and functional. Everything you need is all there. Extras like quality beach chairs and umbrellas were much appreciated and we used them everyday. The beach is super quiet, clean, and had it to ourselves most days. The sand is powder white, water is clear, warm, free of rocks/coral and no seaweed to even speak of. Pride of ownership is evident and the hospitality/accommodations/property are second to none If your looking for great stay in Simpson Bay, look no further. Would return in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again Stephen & Jennifer

Beautiful condo with excellent location and views!

First of all, Clarence and May are wonderful hosts! We are so grateful that we were able to stay in their condo. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and tv in bedroom & living room with streaming capabilities. The balcony had a comfortable table set and lounge chairs and we spent many mornings and nights out there. There is a beach right in front of the condo steps away with calm water and easy swimming. Clarence & May provide lounge chairs and umbrella and we enjoyed many days out front of the condo. Mary Boon's is a 2 minute walk where you can get drinks or breakfast/lunch/dinner. This is a great condo and excellent place to stay, don't think twice...book it before you miss out!!

Excellent

The property (C'Scape), is very clean with amazing views. The hosts are great, very attentive and make sure everything is taken care of from the time you check in. The beach is excellent and uncrowded. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

30 years ago I bought this property on Simpson Bay Beach as I fell in love with this beach area. Since then I have renovated it twice and proud with the latest project I did with my wife and we named it C'Scape on the Beach
