Looking for a great place to live, work, and play? Our newly remodeled studio apartment in beautiful Bend, OR is the perfect place for you! Enjoy staying in our completely detached ADU with a private entrance and on-site parking. Comes fully furnished with brand new furniture and appliances and includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, functional work-space, queen bed, and in unit washer and dryer. Store all of your gear in the private outdoor storage closet. Pets are welcome and loved!

Why they chose this property
The studio sits above a detached garage and has it's own private entrance so you can enjoy your independence and solitude. Within its 380 square feet, there is a queen bed, 55" TV with Netflix, a recliner, breakfast bar with stools, an office desk with multiple outlets and an office chair, a fully furnished kitchen (includes local coffee and teas), in unit washer and dryer, closet, full bathroom with a large shower and bidet, an outdoor storage closet and extra space to store your gear. You will also enjoy views of Mt. Bachelor from the comforts of your bed!
We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in northeast Bend approximately 20 minutes from the Redmond Municipal Airport, 24 minutes from Sisters, and 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. The Cascade Village Shopping Center has multiple restaurants and shopping and is about 5 minutes away while downtown and the Old Mill District are both about a 10 minute drive.
If you enjoy going to parks, we are located right next to the 36 acre Rockridge Community Park and about 1.8 miles from the 159 acre Pine Nursery Park.
There are multiple breweries within biking distance including 10 Barrel, Bridge 99, and Craft.
PETS: We are dog friendly! We will allow up to two well-behaved dogs with an additional pet fee of $150 per stay. To add a pet, please declare your dog as a 3rd guest. This additional fee will show up as $5 additional per night. There is a private fenced dog run available for your pet to use that is located adjacent to the studio. While not in the dog run, we respectfully ask that your dogs are kept on a leash.
