It’s time to go to Front Row Chateau! Easily accommodate 8 people and up to 2 pups at this beachfront Bay Harbor home. The 3 bedrooms, wrap-around covered deck, open floor plan, and easy access to the beach will be loved by the whole family.

Walk up the stairs, and the bright pink exterior and colorful deck furniture will bring a smile to your face. Start your trip on the covered deck with your favorite beverage, and admire the unobstructed Gulf views.

Inside, the casual decor and comfortable furnishings are great for guests looking for a budget friendly, no fuss beach trip. Walls of windows surround the open living and dining area, which means you get great views from the red leather sofas or the dining table that seats 6. The efficient, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all of the pots, pans, dishes & utensils you need for making family meals.

On the opposite side of the living area, you’ll find the three bedrooms, all nicely appointed. The primary queen suite boasts deck access, Gulf views and an en suite full bathroom. Down the hall, past the laundry closet with full size washer & dryer, you’ll find a queen bedroom, plus bunk room that kids & teens will love.

Ready to hit the beach? Your favorite Island activities are just 20 feet away. Ride the waves, beachcomb through the sand, or soak in the sun. Seek refuge in your personal paradise and hang out on the ground level deck. Barbeque fresh Gulf seafood on the charcoal grill, and settle down with your favorite people on the built-in picnic tables and benches after full day of island fun!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Great location
The best part about this rental is the location! You can walk right outside the back yard and onto the beach in minutes! Check in was straight forward. Didn’t have much in the way of extras (beach chairs, hand soap, extra pillows) but overall was a great stay!
