PARKING:
One (1) Car Garage Parking (approx. 7ft W x 17ft L x 6'10H) | 1 SM to MD SUV/Truck. Will fit G-Wagon, Toyota RAV4. Toyota Tacoma will fit, however garage door will not close. Street parking is very tight during summer and varies on street sweeping schedule. Several overnight and over-sized parking lots within walking distance, but they do fill up quickly.

Our Bayfront Walk FIND is great for anyone looking to stay for a little, or stay awhile. Tucked away directly on the Mission Bay boardwalk, located in one of the most desirable & tranquil sections of Mission Beach, just a ½ mile south of historic Belmont Park. You cannot beat the location!!

Walk down your steps and around the corner to put your toes in the Bay sand (see photos), cross the street 2 blocks to surf the Ocean waves, wagon to one of two playgrounds, or bike the miles of boardwalk Pacific Beach has to offer. Plus, just minutes to all San Diego & La Jolla What more can you ask for?! TheBeachRenter® is known for our extra clean rentals. We are being extremely intentional with our cleanings. We have eliminated all natural cleaners and implemented extra cleaning precautions per CDC guidelines that include Lysol laundry additive to all bedding, and using hospital grade disinfectant cleaner. That being said, this is still a Rent at Your Own Risk property. No matter the season antiviral wipes and sprays have and will continue to be standard in all our rentals for your peace of mind.

SUSTAINABILITY:
• Signed rental agreement, ID & CC on file with TheBeachRenter® is required.

• Smoking & Pets are NOT permitted.

• NO Laundry. BUT, Laundromat only 1.5 miles away

• 2ND level duplex (1.5 flights of stairs), unit is off alley, sits above main house and garages. Bottom unit– is where our amazing & oh so cool owner reside long-term. To access bay or patio you must walk down your stairs, through breezeway and towards boardwalk - Please see photos.

• Unit has wall mounted "mini split" A/C & Heating system in living room. And a Window A/C unit in Bedroom. Plus, ceiling fans. A/C is not common for area or need much.

• Although it is not noticed much, Mission Beach may experience intermittent airplane noise. The San Diego International Airport is centrally located in San Diego, it is common for many SD neighborhoods to be below one of the flight paths. Flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am.
