Welcome to your completely renovated and spacious home in Cape Coral! Beautiful 2,600 sqft pool and spa home on the canal with boat dock and direct access to the gulf. Large outside pool with heating and a hot tub - so you can enjoy rain or shine! The home includes four queen size beds in separate bedrooms (two master bedrooms with en suites), sofa bed in the living room, three full bathrooms, game room, washer and dryer, and more. It is the perfect vacation home and only minutes away from city center!

The entire property will be yours to use. Garage was converted to a game room. Boat lift is not for guest use.

The check-in process is automated to allow for self check-in. Within 48 hours before arrival, you will receive check-in instructions. I may be out of town, but am always available via the app, phone, or email. I will provide a list of contact information in case of an emergency.

Beautifully maintained neighborhood with canal access. Minutes from city center, bridge to Fort Myers, and major shopping and restaurants. It is a prime location in the Savona neighborhood!

You will have a large driveway to park. Uber and Lyft are also available in Cape Coral.

We kindly ask prior to check-out that you remove the trash, clean your dishes, and strip used linens. In addition, the property has smoke detectors but not carbon monoxide detectors as the property only uses electricity.

The home also is equipped with front exterior camera to monitor house condition for security purposes. Cameras record brief video and audio when activated by motion. No cameras or audio devices are in the home. We take your privacy very seriously!

Lovely 4 bedroom house

The house was very nice, in a great location. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and probably would be better with a mattress topper. We would definitely recommend this house and would rent it again!

Wonderful stay.

Everything is as listed, only trouble we had was with two of the acess doors to the pool area the dinning area was to difficult to open and the actual pull handle is broken it looks like someone tried a temporary fix but didn’t work . However it slides nicely if you use the inlayed door handle. Totally minor inconvenience in comparison to a truly nice property that checks every box temperature of the pool was 86 it was like a bath tub! The jacuzzi worked wonders all the jets worked and it’s regulated @ 102 degrees. BBQ grill worked perfectly and every dish and utensil you ever need is there onsite. Kudos Schyler!

Winter get away with another couple

The property was in a great location and we did have a great time with our friends, but the house wasn't updated whatsoever. The couches and outdoor furniture were soiled and not appealing to sit on at all. The pool was supposed to have a Lanai per the online description and pictures, but only had a fence around it. Additionally, the second master bedroom's bed was extremely squeaky and the air conditioner did not work in that bedroom. The ice maker did not work in the refrigerator, which was another inconvenience. When we were sitting out by the pool one afternoon someone came by and mowed the empty lot next door. We all ended up having grass blown all over us and the pool. We had to al go in and immediately shower. Very inconsiderate!!
