The first floor with living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom is connected to the second floor (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) by interior stairs. The external staircase leads to the 2nd floor (living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sloping roof at 120 m). The pool area and the covered terrace are surrounded by Mediterranean plants, there is a relaxing flair. In about 8 km you can reach a sandy beach at the mouth of the river Neretva. The water in the pool is drawn from a natural spring, while the electricity is generated by an additional mini solar power plant that turns on automatically, making this vacation home energy self-sufficient and environmentally friendly.
