The quiet holiday home for sole use with a large, lush Mediterranean garden, various garden terraces and large private pool is located on a hillside with stunning sea views in the picturesque bathing and holiday resort "Viganj" on the south side of the subtropical flourishing peninsula Peljesac, just a few miles west of Orebic , The sea and the beautiful pebble beaches are just 120 meters away.

The beautiful nature of the area and the idyllic location of the house will definitely contribute to a completely successful holiday. Outside there is a nice barbecue with tables and chairs, several furnished garden terraces and, around the large private pool, plenty of sun loungers and parasols. An outdoor shower is also available.

The detached holiday home offers on 2 floors and 150 m² living space enough space for 10 people. On the ground floor is the living room with comfortable L-couch, another common room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Upstairs there is a kitchen with living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with magnificent views of the pool, garden, the countryside, the sea and the opposite island of Korcula.

The house also has a washing machine, dishwasher, 3 air conditioners, 3 x satellite TV, 3 bathrooms - 2 with shower and one with bathtub. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.

An in-house boat is available on request free of charge, boat license required. Boat owners will enjoy the free boat dock nearby. Pets are allowed and can be brought at no extra charge. The rental price includes a daily cleaning service for the Außenbereich.Ein free and secure parking for up to 5 cars is available directly at the house.

The holiday home is available all year round. The arrival and departure is possible to put on a Saturday. The friendly landlady speaks Croatian as well as German and English and will welcome you upon arrival. A security deposit is required upon arrival in cash, which will be refunded on departure.

The villages of Orebic and above all the medieval Korcula, as reachable by ferry in 20 minutes are suitable as destinations. Among the beauties of the Peljesac peninsula are the many idyllic bathing beaches and bays as well as the mountainous and lush green inland with fertile soils. The largest winegrowing region of Dalmatia with excellent wines like PLAVAC and DINGAC come from here.
