The Sunrose House (formerly As Good As It Gets) is a newly remodeled, fully equipped private home with spectacular, unobstructed panoramic views of the beach. The house is ideal for family gatherings, with plenty of room to congregate or spread out. Staying here, the beach is quite literally your backyard - with nothing in between you, the sand, and the surf.

The large, multi-level oceanside deck provides one-of-a-kind water views; and a beach-facing glass fence provides both security and views while lounging by the private full-sized pool, accompanying kiddie pool, and hanging out at the poolside cabana and lounge chairs. When you come in from the beach, easily rinse off in the outdoor showers before having a drink and a dip.

This large, trendy house comfortably accommodates up to 16 people. It is ready for your family gatherings or relaxing vacations with friends, with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfortable seating, and a game room with a pool and ping-pong table. Several beach bikes are included in the rental for quick runs to the nearby market, ice cream shops, and shopping.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
