Home is professionally cleaned and services after every stay, and we are taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays. We are implementing all cleaning guidelines provided to us by the CDC.

Open concept newly furnished living space with an updated kitchen and dining room with additional seating, bar area, wood burning fireplace, 65" Smart TV and High Speed Wi-Fi. Dining table is setup for 6 but it accommodates 8 with 2 additional chairs available. Kitchen fully stocked with plates, bowls, glassware, utensils, cooking ware, outdoor dinnerware, Keurig coffee station, and complementary premium bottle water.

Bedrooms and Baths:
Master bedroom features a California King sized bed with a 10" memory foam mattress, fresh crisp linens, closet with hangers, luggage rack and additional towels. En-suite master bathroom with full sized shower, professional grade shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and fresh towels. Secondary guest room has a Queen size bed with a 10" memory mattress, 43" Smart TV, fresh crisp lines, closet with hangers, luggage rack and additional towels. Additional bedroom features 2 twin sized beds with 10" memory mattresses, individual stands, closet with hangers, additional towels, and luggage rack. Updated guest bath with tub/shower, double vanity professional grade shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and fresh towels. We can provide 2 single rollaway beds to accommodate 2 additional guests at additional cost.

Extra Amenities:
Extra linens and pillows located in the hallway closet for longer stays, washcloths provided in both bathrooms and washer and dryer with detergent. Pool / Beach towels located in the hallway closet. Pool floats available upon request.

Outdoor Space:
Great entertaining outdoor living space including: NEW sparkling pool, dining table for 6 , patio furniture seating 10-12 with firepit, large daybed with cushions, 2 lounge chairs to soak up the sun and BBQ grill with BBQ tools. POOL HEATING MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE and there is an extra charge.
