Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist im ersten Obergeschoss des Hauses. Im Untergeschoss ist eine Arztpraxis. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang an der Hausseite. Steht ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung. Die Anbindung Verkehrsmitteln ist gut. Die Wohnung ist gut fertig ausgestattet und sauber. Der Vermieter war Zeitpunkt nicht anwesend, trotzdem sehr gute Kommunikation.

Casa perfetta

La casa è risultata perfetta. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa di Berlino ma vicinissima alla metro, al tram e ad un grande ipermercato per fare la spesa. Proprietario gentile e premuroso. LA casa è dotata di ogni comfort e la dotazione della cucina è addirittura abbondante.
