Light-flooded new apartment with large balcony for 4 persons for high demands.
The apartment "Strandvogt" is located on the first floor. The apartment, furnished with great taste and attention to detail, has a sunny living-dining area, which can be extended outside to the generous west-facing balcony. Whether for breakfast or in the evening with a good glass of wine - here you can enjoy the island atmosphere to the fullest.
The bedroom is located in a pleasantly cool north-east direction and offers two people. Two additional sleeping places can be created in the living area.
Facilities and atmosphere ensure a relaxing holiday in all seasons. In order to provide a relaxed island stay for our small guests, we can also provide a baby cot and a high chair.
At the end of one of the typical island roads, the tastefully furnished apartment allows both couples and families to enjoy island holidays at a high level.
The apartment is on the first floor of the small residential complex "Villa Dorfgroden" and invites you by its loving design in any season to relax. A little bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, you will be within a short time on the beautiful beach or in the middle of the action.
The Domizil "Villa Dorfgroden" was built in 2017 in a particularly tasteful architecture. On the outskirts of the village, the accommodation meets all requirements: in a quiet dead-end position, it promises a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. At the same time you can reach within a few minutes the center of the island activity or the beautiful beach.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort, leaving nothing to be desired in order to give you pure holiday relaxation.
We are looking forward to welcoming you as our guests in our apartment on Wangerooge and wish you a wonderful holiday! The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. In a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The quaint town center, the beach promenade and the beach are within walking distance.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Haus in gut fußläufiger erreichbarer Nähe des Zentums. Absolut ruhige Lage. Wohnung wie beschrieben und man fühlt sich direkt woh. Ankommen, abschalten und erholen. Sehr freundlicher und lieber Empfang bei An- und Abreise. Telefonisch sowie über Mail immer erreichbar und ebenfalls immer freundlich. Infos über die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Erkundungen auf der Insel erhalten. Einfach perfekt.

Komfortabel mit kleinen Einbußen
Sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung. Man hat eigentlich alles was man braucht. Waschmaschinen stehen zur allgemeinen Nutzung im DG und es gibt ein Starterset mit Lappen, Handtüchern und Geschirrspültabs. Sehr praktisch. Beim Aufenthalt sollte man unbedingt bedenken auch frühzeitig Räder ggf zu reservieren beim Fahrradverleih, da die Wege von der Ferienwohnung aus sonst etwas länger sind. Mit Fahrrad ist man schnell bspw an der Strandpromenade. Für 2 Personen ist sie FEWO absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Und der Kontakt zum Service war sehr gut und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Grundsätzlich hätten wir uns gewünscht das es eine Art Sonnenschutz auf der Terasse gibt. Da es wirklich sehr heiß war und die Sonne lange auf der Terassenseite war. So konnten wir diese nur eingeschränkt nutzen. Die Terasse selbst ist mit lockeren Fliesen ausgelegt, die recht wackelig und etwas scharfkantig sind. Die Glasfront von Küche bis Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön, nur im Sommer heizt sich die im Verhältnis kleine Wohnung enorm schnell auf. Vielleicht wäre ein kleiner Ventilator hier schon hilfreich. Abgesehen von diesen kleinen Einschränkungen war die Wohnung sehr modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gepflegt.
