About this property

Relax with the whole family at this cozy coastal retreat. Set up specifically with guests and their needs in mind! Located walking distance to spectacular Long Beach shoreline, restaurants and shops.

House has a very comfortable flow of space to help guests spread out when needed and enjoy time together!

Up the spiral stair case is a large bonus room where kids can hang out, play games and even take a nap. Down the hall you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. On the other side of the house is a master bedroom which can also serve as mother in law suite. It is set up with kitchenette, full bed, Queen sleeper and a full bath.

Outdoor has greenery all around the house which gives plenty of privacy but also has plenty of space for kids to run around! BBQ on the deck or cook s’mores around the fire pit!

Excellent value in great location

Inside of property was quite nice. Recently remodeled with upgrade fixtures, appliances, and furniture. It even had a brand new gas BBQ outside. The property was rented as company housing while working in the area. The beds and pillows are excellent memory foam. The TV is a brand new 70"+. Fantastic supply of cookware, small appliances, coffee, linens, and sundries (trash bags, dryer sheets, soaps, etc). Inside is quiet and comfortable. Fans are provided in each room. Location is within short distance to many restaurants and the main commercial district. I contacted the property manager twice during my stay and the response was immediate. I recommend this property.
