This fantastic vacation villa with private pool is located on the outskirts of the small town of Quesada, just steps from the sandy beach and is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing family vacation. The villa has underfloor heating in both bathrooms. The town center offers a variety of international restaurants for everyone's taste and if you want to go shopping, there is a new shopping center in the heart of town. The water park of Quesada is very close to the vacation villa and offers a great destination for the whole family. The beach of Guardamar, which is one of the most beautiful fine sand beaches of the Costa Blanca, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Don't miss Spain's largest shopping center ?Zenia Boulevard? about 12 km from the vacation villa. The pool can be heated on request and for a fee.

Nicely presented spacious villa

Overall a nicely presented and comfortable villa with good facilities. Good location within walking distance to local shops. The beds in this villa are really comfortable lovely soft mattresses which is very unusual to find so a real bonus. A few basic things are missing from the house such as there are no towel rails in either of the bathrooms so struggle with wet towels and where to put them to dry. Also in the main bathroom upstairs there isn’t a toilet roll holder either. The only mirrors in the house are in the two bathrooms so trying to dry hair and apply make up can be quite difficult as the mirror is steamed up from having a shower!! The only other thing that could do with being updated are the towels and bedding as these are showing signs of being quite well used now. One set of the bedding we had had a rip on one of the seams. Perhaps the owners of the house could just look at perhaps rectifying these small issues.
