The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Trip

Everything at the property was as described. No complaints or issues. Wonderful idea to have beach essentials at the property makes the experience so much more convenient. Great layout for individual privacy for adults. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautifully renovated unit

Such a pretty unit with awesome updates and extras. Our trouble was no a/c for 3 of our 4 days 1005A side a/c unit kept us semi cool Unfortunately didn’t get fixed until last night there
