Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in springfield, mo. just off of I-65 and sunshine. my home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths; i enjoy renting out 3 of the spare bedrooms and baths thru vrbo. the unit you are looking at now has two twin beds, and the other units have a standard size bed or a queen size bed that can be rented at an additional charge. you will have full access to all of the living, dining and kitchen areas, with your own refrigerator and access to a deluxe massage chair to boot!

Very pleasant, old fashioned boarding house experience!

I will TOTALLY stay again, next time I'm in the area! The host has assembled a truly interesting collection of art, unique furniture, and more during his travels around the world. There were other guests doing a longer term stay, and I spent one evening chatting with them in the kitchen while they cooked. The host was warm and friendly, and although I'm definitely an introvert most of the time, I found the entire experience charming. My only regret is that I had to bail out early this morning, before anyone was up, and I didn't get to say any goodbyes. It may seem odd to stay as a guest in a house with other people, but if you're looking to stay somewhere clean, safe and affordable and/or you like interesting people -take a chance on this one - you won't be disappointed. PS. There is the BEST massage chair EVER in the living room. Just sayin' :)

Property manager was very accommodating as my friend and I checked in pretty late. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Convenient and comfortable

My grandson (13) and I were in town for a conference. The home was easy to get to, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Steve is a kind and hospitable host. More pleasant than a hotel stay (not slamming hotels, there's a place for them too).
