The lovingly and high-quality furnished 2-room apartment is located in the attic. With its 70 square meters, this bright apartment offers two people plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. The highlight of this apartment is the fantastic view over the promenade and partly the beach and the Baltic Sea from the living room and from the roof terrace. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, reading chair, coffee table and flat screen TV / radio. The floors are covered with real wood parquet. An electric fireplace provides comforting warmth on cooler days. The approx. 14 square meter roof terrace, which is accessible from the living area, attracts the guests already for breakfast into the open air. The dining area is located in the living room and invites you to extensive meals together. The light-flooded separate kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven with integrated microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. The bedroom separated by a sliding door from the living room is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a large chest of drawers and an additional TV. Additional wardrobe space is provided by a multi-door wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a real glass shower, vanity / toilet and washer dryer. Three skylights, in the living room, hallway and bathroom, additionally provide for cozy daylight in the apartment. In addition, a beach chair directly below the villa on the beach is available for guests to use free of charge. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment, a bicycle storage is also available.

The Villa Medici fits seamlessly into a chain of historic villas that reflects the elegance and charm of the Wilhelminian era. It is separated only by the beautifully landscaped promenade from the white Baltic Sea beach. Both the center of Heringsdorf and the neighboring seaside resort Ahlbeck and the respective famous piers are a few minutes walk. The same applies to a large number of shops and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bike rental and a small supermarket. Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom.
