We are located on the main road 1/4 mile after Parrot Tree, we are just about 20 minutes from French Harbor, conveniently located in a very quite are but near to town for convince. The property feature two bedrooms with a/c and two and half bathrooms. Kitchen, living and dining area, the main house also feature a wrapped around porch that feature amazing ocean views!

The property also offers 2 cabanas for extra room for large family groups or families, cabanas are made of wood that bring that true island fee and makes them cooler. Both cabanas have their on private bathroom.

This without a doubt the perfect getaway vacation place!

Horrible experience

Place is nice, but really bad service. Place was dirty and we couldn't use all of the rooms we paid for since there were scorpions in the rooms. On top of that, there was no gas for the stove nor for the barbecue. They also expected us to pay for electricity. Places are quite far from the house and our experience there was not the greatest.

I came and the person wasn’t even there onces he got there the house had an awful smell, the pool was dirty and the room and the outside table didn’t even look like the photos. The check out lady had a bad attitude for no reason

Great place but outdated.

We had a great time at Casa Promessa. The house was nice and clean and the views were gorgeous. We were a little bit disappointed by the worn and broken furniture as well as the patio furniture. The washer broke during our stay and was not repaired. The guy that took care of the yard and pool was awesome and he brought us fresh fruit that was growing in the yard. Advice to propperty management: Invest some money into the property and it would a really great place to stay.
