Reservations canceled

On our way up I messaged the owner to ask how does the check in process work because I had not received instructions. At that moment he replied with Your Reservations Have Been Canceled!!! He said the city was out of water. I’m sure that did not happen that very moment but decided to wait until reached out. I was very upset and we had no place to stay. I was calling everywhere to find reservations as we had been driving for over an hour to get there. Very disappointing. I was looking forward to staying in Ensenada
