About this property

The holiday resort was built in 2014. The apartment (about 65 sqm) and a large balcony was completed in July 2017, it is located in the 2nd Floor with wonderful sea view. The decor is completely new, with very good facilities, including air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, electric grill and coffee maker. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The sea is only a few minutes by car. There are several shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.
The outdoor pool is available for guests in summer.

Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern eine schöne Woche in der Anlage. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Held war sehr gut, bei Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit war sie entgegenkommend...Vielen Dank dafür! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Praktische Wohnung für Familien - toller Ausblick und mit Pool

Lage des Objekts: Ortsteil von Budoni, für die schönen Strände benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Auto, dafür entschädigt der Pool der Appartment-Anlage (zum Schwimmen und Plantschen geeignet). Pool sollte renoviert werden (viele Mosaikfliesen lose). Restaurants in der Nähe: in Tanaunella LA VOLPE (große Portionen, Garten mit Spielmöglichkeit für kleine Kinder); am Strand von Budoni LU NIBARU. Wohnung: toller Ausblick aufs Meer, sauber und zweckmäßig, geeignet für Familien mit 2 Kindern. Parkplatz an der Appartment-Anlage. Windspiel auf dem Balkon stört jedoch irgendwann, da es oft windig/zugig ist. Bad: Flüssigseife leer, Dusche läuft leicht über. Gastgeberin: Frau Held ist sehr nett, früherer oder späterer CheckIn/Out auf Nachfrage möglich. Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wenn unser Lieblingsstrand ca. 30 min entfernt liegt.
