For the price not bad

The price was good for first row. We had sink issues but we made it work and I think the owner is in the process of fixing.

Superior house which made for a great weejend

The house is fabulous! The kitchen is incredibly stocked with any cooking utensil needed. Bedrooms, and beds, were cozy and comfortable. The deck is where we lived. Fantastic view! I would highly recommend!

Our family trip.

This is by far the worst beachfront house I've stayed in. We takke a family trip at the end of every summer and this one was not a good trip. The house was infested with Ants. The owner told us that he would have someone come spray and no one showed up. The only tv we were able to watch was in the living room. Nice house but very out dated. Beautiful location!!!! There are air conditioning units that did not work. It also smelled.

Cleanliness

Overall the cleanliness of the house could have been better, we stayed at previous beach home before around same area. The restroom toilet don’t flush properly, shower has some hairs from previous use, shower door did not work as well. There’s was a lot of ants and they got a hold of our food. The beds were good and enjoyed the living room and outside balcony.

Extremely dirty

The house was extremely dirty. We had to clean ourselves. There was a stain of poop in the bathroom wall. Room upstairs had USED Covid tests inside the drawer. The coffee maker had old coffee in the pot. Ants all over the house beds, floors, walls, and they went inside our luggage. Bathrooms and showers were disgusting. Bathroom upstairs had dirt and hair in the showers. Dust everywhere! The house also has multiple ACs everywhere and only few work. The AC in the room upstairs didn’t work and they switched the AC unit from the living room to the room upstairs. Definitely the house is NOT like the pictures or reviews. Do not waste your money renting this house. Not sure why they charge a cleaning fee.
