Perfectly located for everything South Bend! Our newly constructed home is wonderfully located for your visit to campus, to any Notre Dame sporting events or pilgrimages to the basilica. Nestled in the historic Harters Heights neighborhood and just off the St. Joseph River, you can walk and visit Shatterly or Leeper parks, hike the East Race Trail or spend the evening in downtown South Bend or at Eddie Street Commons. Michigan is a short 10 minute drive and the beaches of St. Joseph, Warren Dunes State Park and Michigan City each less than an hour away!

5 Stars All the Way!

This is a fabulous property! The pictures are accurate representations of the property. The home was spotless. Directions for check-in, check-out, and Wi-Fi use were simple. All furnishings were new. The location to Notre Dame was excellent. The host was very easy to communicate with. This was the perfect property for us to stay at during Junior Parents Weekend at Notre Dame. I highly recommend this property and I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Reunion Weekend at a Beautiful Home

I came came back to South Bend for my Notre Dame reunion and needed a home to stay with my friends. The home was exactly how it was shown online. Clean, beautiful, well stocked refrigerator with basic beverages and a good selection of cupcakes. The owners were always responsive to my emails and helped make me feel at home. We were here for only a few days, but would most definitely stay here again. Next time for a football weekend!

Beautiful, clean, new home - perfect for family and friends - easy walk to and from campus.

We chose the house based on the on-line photos, 5-star reviews and location. The house met or exceeded all of our high expectations. We had great communication with the hosts and a perfect check-in experience. The house is very well appointed. We slept six in four bedrooms, using three showers and enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen/great room. 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to the Main Circle, and we did both. We hope to stay here again!

Garth weekend

This property is a must see if you are doing anything at Notre Dame stadium! It’s gorgeous!! The owners of the house tho they were so easy to work with. What a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again. This might be the best rental house we have ever rented. 5 star home for an affordable price!!

My name is Angel and my wife Theresa and I live in St. Louis, MO. I'm a firefighter while my wife owns and operates a popular bakery. We have loved South Bend so much that we decided to build a second home within walking distance of Notre Dame. We chose the Harter Heights neighborhood because of its history, it's closeness to campus and its transitioning homes. We are normally in town every month to visit friends and family. We are excited to share our home with you and hope that you enjoy what we have built!

Why they chose this property

This isn't a rental property. This is our second home. It is filled with all the amenities that we have in our primary home and has been decorated with our personal items....most of which cannot be replaced. We are proud to be a part of our neighborhood and we love each of our neighbors! Once you arrive you won't have to drive again until you leave as there is plenty to do within walking distance. The location is excellent for any visit to campus and there are numerous restaurants to be found at Eddy Street Commons. Also within walking distance is a drugstore, a bank, a salon/spa, Trader Joe's, Hamme's Bookstore and two hotels. Saint Joseph River is a short walk to the west where you can hike along the riverbank or visit one of the many parks nearby.
