This 3 bed/ 2 bath craftsman bungalow has been updated with all the amenities of a new home while maintaining it’s 100 year old charm. Located on a quiet street, steps away from Perkerson Park and 3 min. drive from the Lee+White breweries, restaurants, and Beltline entrance. Just 10 min. from Hartsfield Airport and major Atlanta destinations like the Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and State Farm Arena to name a few.
