After driving 10 hours to Cleveland, the host did not send instructions for entry. VRBO reached out and could not reach them. We booked months in advance only to end up stranded. 0/10 this host is a SCAM. VRBO needs to remove this listing.

Worst Experience Ever

Paid for this property and when I get there notice I was never given info to access the property. So I tried to reach out to the host multiple times with no response. While I was waiting found out that it was already rented by another family. Never got to stay at the property.
