Welcome to the Railyard Residence in Historic Roseville! A 2020 home build. The 1:1 Unit is separate from the main residence and has its own driveway and Garage. Walking distance to Downtown Roseville, Vernon Street and a short drive to The Fountains. A full kitchen with brand new appliances and laundry in the garage. A queen bed and a couch that can be used as another bed. Perfect for long stay travel professionals.

Highly Recommend

My stay was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. There are so many things to do. The house was clean and well decorated. The outdoor area was perfect for sitting outside and reading or doing my work. Kyle is the most amazing host! He was helpful and attentive. If I had any questions about the area he responded quickly. He pays attention to detail and makes the stay feel like home away from home. I will definitely be staying again and highly recommend staying here!
