Welcome to Capistrano Bungalow! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is only 100 feet from the ocean sand and a short walk across the street to the calm bay. The home is outfitted with groups in mind so you can truly come to the beach and relax. A highlight of this South Mission Beach home is the private ground floor patio/courtyard with a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. Enter the home through welcoming french doors off this courtyard. Inside the beach home, there is an open floorplan shared between the kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your next family meal. Relax in the living room with plush couches and a flatscreen TV. The home has two bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin beds. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and can be accessed from the hallway.

Great beach rental

Cute beach bungalow with private parking for 1 SUV or 2 smaller cars. Combination code we were sent didn't work on the entry door and we had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to get the right code. We had no other major issues and recommend this great location, if you get a the 4 digit code in advance.

Pink Beach House

House is somewhat run down, chips on walls, chairs are all peeling, couch uncomfortable. Beds are comfy. Overall great little house. When we arrived patio table was missing large chunks of table and missing a leg. Grill was missing and so were chairs. Management came to help out and replaced table and found grill and chairs. House is not as pictured - definitely pink. But it’s very cute. We enjoyed the stay, the location was great and responses by staff were timely. I bought a broom for the place and was told I’d be reimbursed but I haven’t seen that happen yet. Dryer is a washer dryer combo so it takes about 5 hours for clothes to dry. But again - I’m not picky on that stuff and enjoyed the location, responsiveness, etc. Just a heads up for others who stay here.
