I was a little disappointed in the fact that there was no dryer and only one air conditioner. I think there should be a book on rules of the gated community.

The place is nice, as they said is better rent a car, and you are closed the everything and when you want relax the pool and amenities are great. I am in Love with Puerto Morelos also with Selva escondida

new condo good location

It is new and i just purchased my own place there.Apartment is on third floor,wery slippery stairs.More towels will be appreciate,wather preshure is olways very low.

Amazing stay, everything up to standard

I stayed with my wife for one night, everything was up to par, the place was spotless and very quiet. The internet speed was amazing, they even had netflix and disney+ ready to go. Excellent communication with the host even though we only stayed one night I would definitely recommend it.

EXCELENTE LUGAR!!

Pasamos unos días muy augusto, es un lugar nuevo y limpio. Todas su amenidades están limpias y nuevas. El internet es muy bueno, estuve trabajando y viendo series en netflix y Disney+ y todo excelente. Hay lavadora en buenas condiciones y la atención de el host fue excelente. Con gusto regresaría a hospedarme aquí !
