Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with private balcony and spiral staircase to ground floor area. This premium 1600 sq. ft. condo has plenty of room for the family to spread out. Luxury vinyl plank tile throughout the condo and open concept living area has comfy seating, a great dining table just perfect for family meals and game night. The fully appointed kitchen has all the amenities of home and a breakfast bar that provides additional seating. Beach Palms is a beachfront complex on the sugary sand beach of Indian Shores with a heated pool and community grills, the perfect place to watch stunning sunsets nightly. The master bedroom has a King bed with a memory foam mattress, smart TV with cable, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Roku TV with cable. The third bedroom has a Double bed and Twin bunk beds along with TV with cable. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. There is a laundry center in the condo for your convenience. This condo has an assigned under-building parking space.

Good place, but needs some improvement for better experience.

It was a great apartment with lots of space. Couple of things that needed to be improved are: 1. Mattresses in all of the bed are very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Feels very hard. 2. Lighting inside of apartment could be a little brighter. 3. Kitchen cookware could be exchanged for a better quality ones.

Great family vacation rental!

We really enjoyed this rental. The 3rd bedroom was great for the kids and the 2 bathroom was a must for 7 people. It was roomy and we never felt cramped for space. The unit was updated. The stairway from the balcony to the ground level was our favorite perk of this unit. Because it let out where our parking spot was, it made it easy to bring groceries up. It was also great because it was just a short walk to the pool/beach and we didn’t have to track all the sand through the elevator and unit. It was perfect for the older teens to come and go to the pool. The unit could use a good deep cleaning at the end of the busy season but overall was clean and neat. The location was quieter and less congested, which we really enjoyed. Management company was great and sent someone out right away to fix our issue. We would stay here again!
